Apothecary Café and Wine Bar

The Austin Owners of the Apothecary Café and Wine Bar came to JMBA with a unique concept for a neighborhood café serving coffee, tea, snacks & sandwiches by day and an eclectic assortment of wine & beer by night.  The retail shell space was a blank slate in “white boxed” condition with only a single ADA-compliant restroom pre-existing.  JMBA transformed the space while guiding the first time owners through the development process bringing their ideas and concepts to life.  JMBA helped the owners to create a place as they imagined that would attract a worldly, multicultural, and multigenerational crowd with the end result making Apothecary simultaneously a Rosedale neighborhood haunt and a destination for all.
