The client approached us to transform two existing single story duplexes into two renovated, energy-efficient two-story duplexes, taking the square footage from 1,800 to almost 4,000. The design concept was to create unique structures which fused classic Texas limestone and exposed wood beams with more contemporary and modern lines. The open floor plan's interiors featured architectural details such as niched stairwells, built in shelves and cabinets, and soaring two-story master bedrooms
